My Moleskine Journal

Keeping up with my daily journal is an exercise which keeps me sane during emotional times.

Often I forget to draw or write and before long I get the feeling there is something important missing. Then suddenly I pick up my journal, open a page, sketch, write or doodle and the balance returns to my life.

Doodling on paper is the most relaxing escape for me.

Fun journal pages. I would love to be able to write and draw in my sketchbook, but alas, only draw.
Great turtle.

I'm really enjoying your blog and artwork on Flickr. Your comment about having something "missing" is right on. Doodling and art journaling are peaceful escapes which help me to better focus on the not-so-relaxing parts of life.
