Looking Forward,

Looking Back......

over some of my sketchbooks I came across some of the sweet little
houses and villages I used to love drawing.
I am still in love with them and the 'muse' insists I explore them some more.
I would like to develop some of these into finished art works.
Perhaps prints for fabric or paintings or collage.
Any ideas??

These houses are so fun! Love the bright colours and the happy vibrant feel of it. Yes, you should do something with it. they would make nice postcards too, and magnets....

Your work is so colourful and vibrant. I love how you have painted the trees. They would definately brighten up the dullest of rooms! I am sure they would make popular prints to hang, cards, tea towels even mugs or plates.

I really REALLY love the houses - they make me smile just to look at them! I've been meaning to try and draw something other than faces myself, and this inspires me to explore some flights of fancy to little houses! Yours are stunning - I can see them as notebook covers, or borders for stationery - or any of the great suggestions above!
